To make a reservation for Villa Malevitsa, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount from your offer for the entire stay is required.
Your reservation is considered confirmed only after a 50% deposit is paid within 3 days of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in. If needed and possible, the stay can be rescheduled.
Upon check-in, a one-time security deposit of 200 BGN is required. If no damages are found, the full amount will be refunded upon departure.
The house key is handed over in person before check-in and upon departure.
Guests are required to be responsible for the equipment and furnishings throughout the property. In case of damage or theft, guests must cover the full cost of the item.

Noise
Noise
Loud noise is prohibited outdoors between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and after 10:00 PM.
Noise is allowed in enclosed spaces.
If noise complaints are made and fines are issued by the authorities, the guests of the villa assume full responsibility for resolving the issue.
The use of fireworks and pyrotechnics during rest hours and after 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited. Their use is not allowed on the territory of Villa Malevitsa.

Smoking of any nicotine or non-nicotine products is strictly prohibited in the indoor areas of Villa Malevitsa.
Smoking is allowed in the BBQ area and outdoors.
Please do not dispose of waste in the yard.
Pets
Pets with good hygiene habits are allowed free of charge on the property, but must be pre-arranged.
Upon check-in, guests pay a one-time deposit of 200 BGN for damages. This deposit is refunded upon departure after inspection by the owner, provided no damages are found.
Cancellation Policy
In case of a no-show without prior notice of cancellation, the prepaid amount is fully retained as a penalty due to the lost occupancy, immediately before the scheduled check-in date and time.
If guests wish to cancel a reservation at least 7 days before the check-in date, half of the prepaid amount will be retained as a penalty, and the remaining half will be held as a deposit for a future visit within six months from the cancellation date. This option is available once for each reservation.
If guests leave the property before the end of their reserved period, they are obligated to pay the full amount for the reservation, regardless of how many days were spent at the villa.
